In a dense neighbourhood like Vadapalani, high floors offer light, breeze and views that lower floors in older buildings rarely get. Brigade has not published the number of floors at Brigade Arcot Road, but a multi-tower project on 6.6 acres is likely to include mid- and high-rise units.
