T. Nagar is Chennai's busiest shopping district, home to Ranganathan Street, Pondy Bazaar and many offices. Living inside T. Nagar means crowds and very little land for new projects. Vadapalani, about 5 km west, offers quick access with a quieter residential setting. Brigade Arcot Road is planned there on a 6.6-acre site.
