Brigade has not yet released official floor plans, carpet areas or the unit mix for Brigade Arcot Road. The configurations below are those reported by project listings; the final plans will come with the brochure and TNRERA registration.
3 BHK Apartments (Expected)
3 BHK homes are listed by every portal covering the project, making them the most likely core configuration. Carpet areas and layouts will be confirmed in Brigade’s brochure and TNRERA filing.
4 BHK Apartments (Expected)
Larger 4 BHK residences are listed by Brigade Projects Chennai and RealtyPromoo. One portal also mentions 2 BHK homes, so treat every configuration as unconfirmed until launch.
