Brigade Group (Brigade Enterprises Limited)

Brigade Group was established in 1986 and is headquartered in Bengaluru. Its listed flagship, Brigade Enterprises Limited, develops residential, office, retail and hospitality properties across South Indian cities including Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysuru and Kochi, and is the developer behind Brigade Arcot Road in Vadapalani, Chennai.

On 6 October 2025, Brigade Enterprises announced a joint development agreement for a 6.6-acre land parcel in West Chennai, with an estimated gross development value of ₹1,000 crore, as part of its strategy to strengthen its presence in Chennai. The company said the project, planned with apartments, lifestyle amenities and ESG-aligned infrastructure, was expected to launch in 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.

Brigade’s Chennai portfolio includes World Trade Center Chennai and Brigade residences at WTC in Perungudi, Brigade Xanadu in Mogappair West, Brigade Altius and Brigade Morgan Heights on the Sholinganallur–Medavakkam side, and Brigade Stellaris in Velachery.
